What is one on one coaching?

The TST performance coach is a "live" advisory service specializing in the market, charting and trading psychology. During one on one coaching, recruits will have access to our performance coach in a private audio/video chat or over a phone call. Like in baseball, this is similar to having a batting or pitching coach to help with mechanics. During this time traders can ask questions specific to their trading strategy.

During the coaching, Andre can help you develop a trading plan. Having a trading plan is a crucial part of being a successful trader. Andre will also review trade reports for current and past Combines and give you feedback, tips, and ideas to improve. 

Who is the TST performance coach?

Andre serves as a trading adviser for veterans who have traded for years and as a tutor for individuals new to trading and the markets. Andre has been working in the markets as a trader for several years and is a great resource for trading advice. Additionally, Andre serves as the trader development coach for all of our live traders.

You may choose the "one on one coaching" option when registering for your next Combine or anytime while in the program.
